Cascade’s custom home building service can also assists our clients fully, from choosing the right property to lending. We can conduct feasibility studies, design, and build your new home.

Since we are an in-house custom builder, our overhead is kept remarkably low—we are responsible for all of our own foundation work, flatwork, framing, general carpentry, trim and we generally focus on only three to five home projects per year.
